The apartment and the bungalow are designed for two people and are located on the land of the landlord in a quiet residential area overlooking the Achterwasser, which is only about 5 minutes away. To Ückeritzer Baltic Sea beach is about 20 minutes. On the property there is a garaging for bicycles and a parking space. The garden terrace is equipped with a seating area.

Apartment Janzen:
The 37 m² apartment consists of a living room with a front terrace, a bedroom for 2 persons and an adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet. The separate kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with fridge, two ceramic hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, mini oven and plenty of dishes and a sitting area. The initial bed linen and towels (one bath towel and one towel per person) are included in the price. There is a car parking and bicycle storage facilities. It is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
