Enjoy the very special atmosphere of living on the water! This stilt house is one of only a few water houses and is in a prime location between the Harlesiel marina and the Friedrichsschleuse, in close proximity to the North Sea and the beach. It is built entirely on piles in the water and is only connected to the waterfront by its own jetty. Enjoy the very special atmosphere and the wonderful view of the inland port or lock. Relaxation from everyday life is effortless here!
This sun-drenched south-west half of the semi-detached houses is modern and absolutely comfortable. Extra large windows make living on the water an experience! You can expect a spacious living room with two sofas and an Ambilight television. The electric fireplace not only ensures a pleasant feel-good atmosphere in stormy weather. A glass door shields the upper bedrooms from noise and noises from the living and kitchen areas. Pleated blinds on all windows provide privacy if required.
The large terrace is covered with a glass railing and thus offers uncluttered views. Let your gaze slide over the water, the wide field opposite, the nearby marina or the Friedrichsschleuß or watch the goings-on of the sailing school opposite. And above all, enjoy the incomparable sunsets!
Your kitchen with dining area for up to 8 people is absolutely comfortable. For example, choose whether you want to filter your coffee, prepare it with Senseopads or Nespresso capsules. You will really want for dishes, cutlery and kitchen accessories.
Two bedrooms with double beds have a balcony and face the water. So you already have a wonderful view when you wake up. The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have double-layer pleated blinds and Ambilight televisions.
There are two full bathrooms, equipped with a rain shower and toilet. Our own Finnish sauna provides the necessary relaxation. There is also a stable WiFi network, a washer dryer and a gas grill available. Lock your bikes securely in your own bike shed. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the house.
A free beach chair is available at the Harlesiel stand for the duration of your stay. (during the season from March 30th to September 30th)
It is possible to fish directly from the platform of the house, provided that a fishing license is available and a fishing license is acquired, for example, at the Cliner Quelle.
