This exceptional apartment is located on the ground floor of the chalet and is surrounded by a beautiful lawn and park of larch trees and fir trees completely surrounded by private terraces (often you can see the caravans!). It is the ideal place for families who want to enjoy peace and tranquility in the green, while 200 meters from the famous bell tower. The apartment is richly furnished with antique and noble furniture and combined with typical wooden furniture the beauty of the warmth of a mountain chalet.
Five minutes walk downhill from the center of the village, the chalet is very romantic and quiet, the panorama is dreamy, of terraces with sunrise and breathtaking sunsets. The house is cozy and the decor is very well maintained. Completely in the middle of the 5000 m² green the wood is often visited by Cerbiat. It is absolutely ideal with children in any season, in fact, without driving the car, you can make various walks and with the ski to your feet you will come to the cable car of the Faloria thanks to the trail connecting the Faloria to the city center ; on the same path, always with the skis at your feet, you come directly home.
Deposit required 300 Euro (summer) / 500 Euro (winter), key deposit by owner / custodian bank, incidental costs not included for sale at the end of the rental period.
The price does not include the cost of consumption (water, light, gas, heating and final cleaning), which are counted upon departure after verification of consumption.
In general, a rental contract is agreed to guarantee both parties.
