It consists of two floors connected by interior stairs. The first floor has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet and upstairs 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.



During the summer heat, find a real refreshment in the outdoor pool while enjoying a light breeze on the terraces or prepare delicious barbecue dishes.



Thanks to the natural beauties, the town of Novigrad is a real little paradise for its guests. It is recommended to visit the National Park Pakelnica, Zrmanja gorge and the old town of Zadar. The last approx. 300 m of the access road to the domicile are not asphalted.
