Holiday house Morena with pool is located in the small village Butori in green Istrian inland, 2km from Tinjan and 15km from Porec and its beaches. The semi-detached house is located on its own 3800m2 enclosed plot with well-kept lawn and offers its guests parking for several vehicles, private 28m2 pool with sun loungers, shower, covered summer kitchen with dining table and a barbecue. There is also a table tennis, a swing and badminton court. The landlord lives next to a separate part.
The holiday house with a 160m2 living space on two floors consists of a ground floor where there is a holiday apartment for 4-5 people and a separate double room with its own shower. In the 1st Floor is another apartment for 4-5 people.
The apartment on the ground floor has a living room with open fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with shower / toilet.
The separate bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower / toilet is also on the ground floor by the pool.
The second apartment for 4-5 people is on the 1st Floor and offers a living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower / toilet and washing machine.
All rooms are air-conditioned and WiFi is available.
The Morena holiday home is ideal for one or more families and dogs are welcome.
