Welcome to our beach house in the beautiful Baltic resort Baabe on Rügen! Our 70 m² large detached house in the Swedish style (non-smoking, 2 to 6 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years in (travel cot) is located very close to the beach, directly in the dunes of Baabe. The wooden house is comfortably furnished with lots of light natural wood and at the same time modern, comfortable and fully equipped. This includes both the modern comfort kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cleaning utensils and more as well as the comfort of underfloor heating, the LCD TV in HD quality, satellite connection for a great variety of programs and a DVD player with radio. A cozy large living area and fireplace with window completes our facility. And so you can enjoy your holiday with us completely relaxed, all costs for electricity, water and heating and Wi-Fi are already included in the price! The house has a total of three bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (2 x boxspring beds each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) and wardrobe and provide enough space for 1 additional travel cot (included). The third bedroom has two box spring beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m) - which you can put together and wardrobe. On the ground floor and upstairs are each a daylight bathroom with large mirror, toilet, shower and hairdryer. The living / dining area is followed by the covered terrace (south / east) with table, chairs and barbecue. A laundry with washer and dryer is available for use (for a fee). A private parking space belongs to the booth. Do you have a pet that you want to bring? This is possible for a surcharge. Are you on site, we have additional offers for you (for a fee) directly in the dune park. You can z. For example, relax in the sauna in our wellness area in the basement of our bakery. In our own bakery you will receive daily fresh in the season: rolls, groceries, daily newspapers, breakfast, coffee & cake and more (closing times always from 07. 01. - 1 week before Easter). The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 12,00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. We are looking forward to your visit!

Our beach houses are located in a green forest idyll in the Baaber dune park directly on Baabe's fine sandy Baltic Sea beach. From your front door you go just a few meters directly in the sand over the dune over to the beach. We offer you directly on the beach a fantastic holiday in our cozy and comfortable equipped large beach house with 70 m² living space (up to 6 persons), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Fireplace, (floor) heating and sauna in the nearby spa on request provide well-being in winter. All shops for daily needs and various shops are within a radius of about 1.5 km. In the season Baabe's supermarkets are also open on Sundays. The tourist tax includes the use of our "Lütt Bahn" (stops nearby), with which you can travel free of charge within Baabe. The nature around our beach houses invites you to hikes and bike rides. By bike, the car and partly with our nostalgic "Racing Roland" you reach Rügen's attractions, such. B. Cape Arkona, the chalk cliffs, the king chair, the hunting lodge Granitz. Also for your children is taken care of, z. B. with the Selliner fun pool, the pirate island in Putbus, the Rügen Park or Karls strawberry farm ... and especially with the beach and dune forest right on your doorstep! In the backshop directly in the dune park (about 200m away) you get in the season daily: fresh rolls, food, daily newspapers, breakfast, coffee & cake and more (closing times always from 07. 01. - 1 week before Easter).
