This well-maintained holiday home in Povile, the southern suburb of Novi Vinodolski on the Crikvenica Riviera, is located in an absolutely quiet location and offers a total of four holiday apartments, each modern and comfortably furnished. The apartments feature well-equipped kitchens with stove, oven and filter coffee machine, SAT-TV, air conditioning, free WiFi and a spacious terrace. Two apartments are located on the ground floor, two on the first floor, each with two bedrooms.



The fully enclosed property offers plenty of space for children to play, a covered communal terrace, outdoor shower, sun terrace, sun loungers, Hollywood swing, and a grill that all guests can use alternately. Free parking spaces are available directly at the house. Communal use of the washing machine is possible for a fee. Pets are not allowed.



The apartments are located only 350 m from the beach. In the surrounding area, you will find restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. Further offers, services and cultural attractions are located in the nearby Novi Vinodolski.



The holiday apartment on the ground floor offers 36 m² of living space for up to six people. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed – a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a combined living, dining and kitchen area with sofa bed, air conditioning and SAT-TV. The 19 m² terrace is furnished, covered and provides direct access to the garden.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, gas, heating, internet (WiFi) and kitchen towels. Additional costs will be incurred for air conditioning, pets and the use of the communal washing machine. The tourist tax must be paid on site.
