The modern furnished apartment is located in the popular seaside resort of Duće, just a few steps from the fine sandy beach. The proximity to the sea - about 50 metres - as well as to restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities makes this accommodation a perfect starting point for relaxed and varied holiday days. The charming old town of Omiš with its narrow streets, Venetian stone houses and diverse leisure opportunities is also just a few minutes away.



The apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained house with a total of eight residential units. It offers space for up to five people on approximately 57 m² and features a bedroom with a double bed and additional sleeping accommodation as well as a living room with a fold-out couch. From the living and sleeping areas, guests can access the covered terrace of 17 m², which offers a magnificent view of the sea – perfect for starting the day with breakfast in the sun or enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening.



The well-equipped kitchen features a fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils. In the living area, air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet, bed linen and towels are provided. A parking space is available directly at the house.



In the outdoor area, guests can use the barbecue area or relax in the small garden area. Pets are allowed by arrangement, and the landlord's washing machine is also available upon request.



In the area around Duće and Omiš, you can expect numerous leisure activities: water sports such as diving, sailing or rafting on the Cetina River, mountain biking, climbing or leisurely walks along the coast. The combination of proximity to the beach, sea view and family atmosphere makes this apartment an excellent choice for couples and families who want to spend relaxing days on the Dalmatian coast.
