The cosy apartment is located in the popular holiday destination of Duće, just 50 metres from the fine sandy beach. The gently sloping beach is ideal for families with children and invites sunbathing, swimming and relaxation. In the immediate vicinity are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and various leisure opportunities, while the historic old town of Omiš with its charming alleys and attractions can be reached in just a few minutes.



The apartment is located on the first floor and offers space for up to four people on approximately 35 m². It features a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a living area with a sofa bed for two additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a pleasant stay – including a refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine. From the living room, you can directly access the covered balcony with a garden view, which invites you to have breakfast or relax outdoors.



The additional equipment includes air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, bathroom with shower, as well as bed linen and towels. A parking space is available directly at the house. Use of the landlord's washing machine is possible by arrangement, as is bringing pets.



The house offers a total of eight modern apartments and is ideally located for beach holidaymakers, families, and couples. In addition to beach enjoyment, guests can pursue numerous activities in the surrounding area - from water sports, rafting, and diving to hiking and cycling tours, as well as cultural excursions to Omiš or Split.
