The two bedrooms are comfortably furnished, one with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and one with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), both with air conditioning and plenty of storage space. Two modern bathrooms with shower, WC and hairdryer provide additional comfort. WiFi, mini-safe, bed linen, towels and beach towels are included, a communal washing facility is available with the landlord. Pets are welcome, a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a few minutes' walk from the centre, restaurants, supermarket and the beach. The famous beach "Golden Horn" is approximately 1.5 km away. Guests can use towels, umbrellas and beach mats, tickets for the tourist train to the Golden Horn are included, and there are discounts for excursions in the surrounding area. In the outdoor area of the villa, a barbecue fireplace, shady seating areas and a parking space on the property are available.
