Experience an unforgettable holiday in this spacious holiday apartment in Duce near Omiš, just about 80 metres from the fine sandy beach. With over 100 m² of living space, the accommodation offers room for up to 10 people – ideal for families, friends or groups.



The bright and open kitchen-diner with a cosy seating area, extendable sofa and dining table for 6-8 people invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, including a 2-ring hob, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, sink, filter coffee machine and kettle.



Four comfortable bedrooms offer space for restful nights: three with double beds and one with two single beds. Two modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom ensure additional comfort. An air conditioning unit in the main bedroom keeps you pleasantly cool on hot summer days. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a communally usable washing machine can be used if needed. Pets are welcome, however additional fees will be charged.



The large, covered south terrace with sea view and the balcony in the sleeping area offer wonderful opportunities to start the day with sunshine, views of the islands and a relaxing sea breeze. Balcony furniture invites you to linger and creates a perfect atmosphere for breakfast or dinner outdoors.



The location of the apartment is ideal: restaurants, cafés and a small supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity. The beach is family-friendly and offers numerous leisure activities such as pedal boats, water sports, billiards, darts and table football. Active holidaymakers also get their money's worth here, with opportunities for swimming, rafting, kayaking, banana boat rides, tennis, climbing and hikes in the surrounding area.
