This cosy holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a small house near the beach and is ideal for up to two people. The apartment offers 36 m² of living space with a bedroom, a living area with an L-shaped sofa bed, a small kitchen with two hobs and a refrigerator, as well as a bathroom with a shower.



The 25 m² terrace is covered, offers sea views and direct access to the garden. It is equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and a private barbecue. Air conditioning, satellite TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. A parking space for two vehicles is available on site. Pets are welcome.



The house is situated quietly in a green garden, just a few minutes' walk from the gravel and rocky beach. Sports facilities nearby offer opportunities for basketball, volleyball, football, or bocce.
