The villa in Funtana offers space for up to 10 people on 210 m² of living space and a 1,600 m² plot. It is located quietly in the green, only 300 m from the beach, and offers sea views. The villa has a pool, its own tennis court, a barbecue area, a children's playground, and a fruit and vegetable garden. Bicycles are available to guests.



The house has 4 double rooms and a gallery for 2 additional people, 3 bathrooms, 3 terraces (20 m², 15 m², 30 m²) and parking spaces for several cars. The interior equipment includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, common room, TV room, table football and children's toys. Pets are allowed (max. 3), a baby cot can be provided upon request.



The terraces are partially covered, equipped with tables and chairs, and offer sea views as well as direct access to the garden.



The environment offers gravel beaches 400 m away, cycling and walking paths, sports opportunities such as football, basketball, tennis and badminton. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, doctor, pharmacy, bus stop and other facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.



Leisure activities within a 20 km radius include boat trips, windsurfing, pedal boating, water skiing, beach volleyball, bicycle and boat rental, high ropes course, paragliding, mountain biking, golf, go-karting, horse riding, aqua park, wine tasting, museums, casinos, and gourmet restaurants.



Additional costs include deposit (€400) and final cleaning (€50). Included in the price are air conditioning, electricity, water, gas, heating, bedding, towels, baby cot, high chair, pool use, internet, bicycle use, and kitchen towels.
