This beautiful holiday home in Privlaka is located just 150 metres from the sandy beach and about 1.2 km from the town centre. It offers three air-conditioned apartments with furnished balcony and sea view. All units have SAT TV, WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a private bathroom with shower. The apartments are suitable for up to 2 + 2 persons, a sofa bed is available. Air conditioning can be used free of charge, pets are allowed for an additional fee.



The garden of the holiday home is well-maintained and offers a barbecue area, parasols and a small playground for children. Shady parking spaces are available free of charge on the property. Shopping facilities can be reached after 400 m, restaurants after approx. 2 km. The historic city of Nin is located 5 km away, Zadar can be reached after 20 km.



The apartments are modern furnished: The living room/dining room has a sofa bed, air conditioning, SAT-TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and crockery and cooking utensils. The bedroom offers a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
