The 45 m² apartment convinces with its well-thought-out equipment and inviting atmosphere. The bright living and dining area with an open kitchen is air-conditioned and equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay - including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and a filter coffee machine. A SAT-TV and free WiFi provide additional comfort.



The highlight is the spacious balcony with an awning and a clear view of the sea – perfect for breakfast in the sunshine or relaxed evenings with a view. The separate bedroom features a double bed and storage space, while the modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
