The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living area with a sofa bed and integrated kitchenette. The equipment includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, and satellite TV.



A special highlight is the 10 m² private balcony with a direct view of the sea – perfect for starting the day at sunrise or letting it end with a glass of wine. The kitchenette is functionally equipped with a 2-plate electric hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and refrigerator. A dining table for four people rounds off the offering.



The apartment is barrier-free accessible, smoke-free, and pet-free. A private parking space is located directly at the property. A baby bed can be provided upon request. A communally usable washing machine is available from the landlord and can be used for a fee.



The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area, just about 700 metres from the sea. The extensive sandy and pebble beaches of Crikvenica are conveniently accessible on foot. The city centre, restaurants and shopping opportunities are also located in close proximity.
