This cosy apartment in Ika is located just around 30 metres from the sea and offers space for up to four people. It features a separate bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as a small kitchen with a refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave, kettle and dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin.



The accommodation includes a 350 m² garden directly by the sea, equipped with a barbecue, large dining table and children's swing. Here you can enjoy the magnificent view of the island world of the Kvarner Bay during the day and romantic sunsets in the evening. The apartment is ideally suited for families with children as well as guests with pets.



The location is central: beach and sea are reached after only 50 metres, restaurants, shopping opportunities, pharmacy and bus stop are located in the immediate vicinity. The well-known coastal promenade "Lungo Mare" invites you to relaxed walks along the coast from Opatija to Lovran.
