Greatly located, completely newly renovated holiday home (first time use after renovation in 2018) in the middle of Holstein Switzerland, only 5 minutes to the Great Plön Lake (with a berth for sailboat on request), 25 minutes to the Baltic Sea and only 30 minutes to Lübeck or Kiel. It's just under an hour to Hamburg!

The modern, spacious comfort apartment with separate entrance is ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in a nice single-family bungalow and is very bright and friendly despite the light basement location!
On the beautiful, extremely quiet and sunny garden plot on the Löjaer Berg, a completely separate area of around 350sqm and its own terrace and rustic, maritime seating in an old wooden pirate is reserved for our guests only.

The absolutely quiet, small settlement is just outside the village on a slope above Lake Plön. From the Panoramaweg on Löjaer Berg you have a wonderful view over the lake to the Plön castle. It is only about 300m to the water with a small bathing area, and about 800m to the large bathing beach and in the village with several restaurants.

Living room: approx. 28 square meters in south-west position, white laminate flooring, designer couch, large dining table, satellite TV, WiFi, CD / DVD player

Bedroom: approx. 14 square meters, modern double bed 2.0 mx 1.80 m with adjustable slatted frame, wardrobe, as well as sufficient storage space

Bath / toilet: Small shower and toilet, washstand, cupboard and storage space

Kitchen: approx. 12sqm including Hallway and cozy seating area, SFBC with 4-burner electric cooker and oven, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, sink, microwave on request, espresso (Senseo capsule) machine, complete crockery and cutlery, wardrobe area.
