Cosy apartment with terrace in a quiet location - close to the beach and ideal for two people



This bright and friendly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained house in a quiet, green residential area. It is ideally suited for couples or solo travellers who wish to combine relaxation and proximity to the sea.



The approximately 45 square metre accommodation offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and an additional sofa bed. The open living and dining area is equipped with a compact kitchen unit that offers everything necessary for self-caterers, including a 2-plate electric cooker, a refrigerator, a sink, an extractor hood and a kettle.



The 15 square metre terrace is covered and borders directly on the garden. It is furnished with a table and chairs and invites you to relaxed hours outdoors. Thanks to direct access to the courtyard, the quiet location can be particularly enjoyed.



The bathroom has a shower, a toilet, a washbasin with a mirror as well as a window for daylight and good ventilation.



For your comfort, SAT-TV, WiFi and air conditioning are available. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are included in the price. An iron is also available.



The apartment is barrier-free accessible and has a private parking space directly at the house. Pets are allowed after prior consultation and for a fee (10 € per day, as of 2025). Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.



The next pebble beach is about 800 metres away, with further beaches located two to three kilometres away. You can reach the town centre in a few minutes, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. The surroundings offer numerous possibilities for excursions and recreation in nature.



Check-in is possible between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm, check-out takes place between 7:00 am and 10:00 am.



Included in the price are all ancillary costs such as electricity, water, air conditioning, WiFi, final cleaning, tourist tax as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
