This charming holiday home directly on the sea offers ideal comfort for up to 3 people and is perfect for beach and boat lovers. Apartment A2 features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a living area with SAT-TV and sofa bed. Air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures.



From the dining room balcony, you can enjoy a sea view, while the separate balcony in the bedroom offers additional space to relax. Bed linen and towels are provided, pets are not allowed. A parking space at the property is available, boat berths can be used upon request.



The holiday home comprises five apartments, a tavern directly by the sea with Mediterranean cuisine, a breakfast room and fireplace room. The apartments are rented from April to October.



The situation is ideal for nautical enthusiasts: Your own boat (max. 7 m) can be moored at the house's own pier, trailer spaces are available. Shops, restaurants and leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling, tennis and excursions to nature parks are in the immediate vicinity.



Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, registration and deregistration fees, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and kitchen towels. Additional costs will be incurred for boat moorings, breakfast, half board and full board.
