This cosy holiday apartment is located in the attic of a well-maintained house in Hvar Town on the island of Hvar – just about 400 metres from the sea. It offers space for up to three people and is perfect for couples or small families who appreciate tranquillity, comfort, and a central location.



On a living area of around 50 m², you can expect a bright bedroom with a double and single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can access the private terrace of around 10 m² with a sea view, seating furniture and a parasol – the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine while watching the sunset over the Adriatic.



The equipment includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner. The apartment has a separate entrance and its own parking space directly at the house. A communal washing machine is available for a fee. Pets are not allowed.



The holiday home is located quietly, but still centrally. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants, cafés and the city centre are conveniently within walking distance. The nearest beach with fine gravel is about 400 metres away, with other bathing bays with rocks or concrete plateaus nearby.



In and around Hvar Town, you can expect numerous leisure activities: diving, snorkelling, sailing, kayaking, or boat trips to the nearby Pakleni Islands. Those who love culture can visit historical attractions such as the Fortica Fortress or the oldest public theatre in Europe. In the evenings, romantic konobas and bars invite you to enjoy Dalmatian specialities and Mediterranean flair.
