This charming holiday apartment is located in the attic of a well-maintained house in Hvar Town on the island of Hvar - just about 400 metres from the sea. It is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy comfort, tranquillity and a sea view in a central location.



The approximately 50 m² accommodation offers space for up to three people and features a cosy bedroom with two single beds and a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a bright living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. From here, you can access the spacious, private terrace with sea view, seating furniture, and a parasol – a wonderful place for relaxed hours in the fresh air or a glass of wine at sunset.



The equipment includes air conditioning, heating, WiFi, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, iron and vacuum cleaner. A parking space is available directly at the house. The communal washing machine can be used if needed for a fee. Pets are not allowed.



The house is quiet, yet centrally located: Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés, and the city centre of Hvar. The nearest beach with fine gravel is only about 400 metres away, while other bathing bays with rocky or concrete plateaus are also easily accessible.



In the surrounding area, you can expect a diverse range of leisure activities - from water sports such as diving, snorkelling or sailing to cycling tours, kayaking and boat trips, right through to cultural experiences in Hvar's old town with its historical sights, museums and charming squares. In the evenings, numerous bars and konobas provide a atmospheric Mediterranean ambience.
