An approx. 78 m², comfortable and 3-star house awaits you on the East Frisian island of Borkum. Our holiday home offers accommodation for 4 people (plus a small cot). Short shopping routes and sufficient rest ensure your well-being. In 5 minutes you are comfortable with our in-house and included bicycles on the sandy beach and in the center. Small pets on request.

The house has a spacious living room with leather seating area, showcase, dining table with chairs, telephone with internet connection and WiFi, satellite TV and music system. The room is illuminated with ceiling spotlights.
The terrace door leads from the living room to the approx. 30 m² sun terrace in a south-west position. This is laid out with stone slabs bordered with a row of clinker bricks. The sealing fence planted with ivy, as well as garden chairs, a new beach chair, sun loungers, awning and lighting give the terrace a special charm and well-being.
Through the gate you get into the small courtyard with the approx. 20 m² extension for storing bicycles, grill, handcart and much more. There is a separate parking space behind the house.
In the well-equipped, separate kitchen there is a stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, as well as other small appliances, cooking and eating utensils for 12 people.
Also in the lower area is the hallway with a wardrobe, mirror and shoe cabinet.
From the entrance area you can access the guest toilet and the utility room behind it, where there is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron, as well as various cleaning agents.

In the upper area are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables and a large wardrobe with full-length mirror.

In the guest / children's room there is a bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe and table with chairs. A lot of light enters the room through the new double skylight and also makes it bright and friendly.
The spacious and new bathroom is equipped with a shower and shower partition, toilet and vanity with mirror. It is illuminated with ceiling spotlights.

Except for the bedrooms and stairs, the house is tiled.
In addition to the guest room and bathroom, the windows can be darkened with external roller shutters.
A gas heater provides central heating and warm water.
Cot and high chair are also available.
The house has 4 adult bicycles.
Small pets - especially small dogs - are allowed.
Larger dogs unfortunately not.
