The property is situated in a lively area on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, and terrace.

Novi Vinodolski, district Bribirska obala. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed property with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA NOV 242 (3 persons), KVA NOV 245 (3 persons), KVA NOV 246 (6 persons) and KVA NOV 247 (2 persons) are located in the same house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-October, can be heated, 3 m x 8 m, 1.35 m deep).

Bedroom (12 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV and access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer.
