Slow down! Take a breath of fresh air and relax in our renovated gallery apartment in the popular ski and hiking area of Steibis.
The apartment is located in a well-kept holiday resort with indoor swimming pool, heated ski storage room, table tennis room and underground car park. For a fee: sauna, washing machine and dryer.

The apartment has 40 sqm total area and a large terrace. Downstairs are the kitchen, the bathroom with shower / WC and the living room with dining area.
In the kitchen you'll find:
Lots of space in the kitchen cabinets, a refrigerator with 3 *** freezer, a stove with four burners, an oven with microwave and grill, a dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. And, of course, dishes, cutlery, etc.
Also available are: a hair dryer, and a drying rack.
In the living room is a smart TV, a sleeping sofa with suitable for one or two people. The quiet apartment is located on the first floor at the back of the building: no street noise!
Ideal for two or three people.
Children and dogs are welcome!
A big bonus: your guest card comes with "Oberstaufen Plus", this means in winter you'll get a free skipass, or you can use the gondolas for free. In summer you may rent an e-bike for free and enjoy the wellness spa "Aquaruía" at no cost.

A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be rented for Euro 15 per person. Please specify before arrival. Payment is at check-in.
The tourist tax in the amount of 3.50 € / person and night is collected upon arrival.
Children under the age of 16 pay half.
Surroundings.
Easily accessible on foot: numerous restaurants, the cheese factory and the newly opened "Dorfladen" a coop-shop with bakery, as well as the ski lift next door, the golf course and the Imbergbahn. A public playground is adjacent to the house. A fun place for the young ones!
Steibis is the starting point for many hikes. Many of the trails are well suited for children, and some can even be used with a stroller.
If you like gorgeous views, you can take the gondola up to "Hochgrat". There several hikes of different levels of difficulty start here.
Particularly nice in the winter is the mountainous plateau on Imberg, where you can walk, cross-country or snowshoe. Not to forget the ski area on Imberg.
Oberstaufen with its numerous shops, restaurants and leisure activities is only a few minutes' drive away. Oberstaufen can also be reached by bus, the stop is just a few steps away from the house. And with your Oberstaufen Plus card the ride is for free.

Oberstaufen has good railway connections to Lindau at Lake Constance, Oberstdorf and Kempten. Also easy to reach is Füssen and the Königsschlösser, as well as Bregenz, Vorarlberg and Switzerland.
There is also a direct train from Munich, very convenient for those arriving by plane.
