There are not many holiday homes in this location whose garden fence is lapped by the sea. The two-storey holiday home is situated on a flat, well-kept garden plot directly on the beach and consists of 2 holiday flats, one above the other, each with its own flat and beach access. The top floor flat is occupied by the landlady.
The well-kept Vivi ground floor flat was renovated in 2008. The centrepiece of the holiday flat is the huge, covered terrace with a fantastic sea view of the Messinian Bay, as far as the opposite coast of Mani and the Taygetos Mountains. Between the house and the beach is the lawn. Depending on the weather, only 2 to 4 steps separate the lawn from the beach. You can easily reach the beach and the sea through the garden gate.
A paradise for sociable people or for families with children who want to spend a relaxing beach holiday in a beautiful, rural setting by the sea.
The modern colour scheme gives the flat a summery character. The living/dining room is adjoined by the semi-open kitchen, which is separated by a counter. The kitchen leads directly onto a small rear terrace. An archway from the living room leads to the small hallway, which is connected to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to a front and rear terrace. Direct exit from the living room to the huge, beautiful, covered terrace facing the sea. A further BBQ terrace right by the water completes the picture of the Vivi holiday flat.

The parking space of the Vivi holiday flat is located outside the property, on the opposite side of the road.

The Vivi holiday flat can also be booked in winter for a monthly rent.
