The semi-detached house ILIAS is situated on a beautiful, gentle slope, approx. 2 km west of the charming village of Aghios Mattaios and above Paramonas beach, surrounded by vineyards, pine trees and dense olive groves.
The first thing that catches the eye with this holiday home is its unusual, vibrant colour. However, the pink colour of the house and the small white columns are characteristic of the way Corfu houses are built. These are traditions from the time of the Venetians on the island.

The holiday home ILIAS is a small, pretty, well-kept summer house with two beautifully laid out terraces and a well-tended garden with flowers and citrus trees. The interior is decorated in bright, cheerful colours. Approx. 4 steps down from the living room and the open-plan kitchen, due to the slight slope of the property, is the bedroom with a beautifully wood-panelled, high ceiling and the bathroom. From the bedroom there is direct access to the covered terrace and the garden. On this side, the enclosed garden plot borders on a huge, dense olive grove with fruit trees, which is also owned by the landlord.
A narrow path through dense olive groves leads down to Paramonas beach after approx. 450 metres.
