The TRIOPETRA VIEW property with pool is situated on a beautiful, gently sloping plot of land in the charming countryside of southern Crete, with a magnificent view of the sea. Above, close to the sandy beaches of Melissa and Triopetra in quiet, idyllic surroundings, at the foot of a hill with the chapel of the same name Aghios Ilias at the top, stands the well-kept property, consisting of 4 holiday homes. The holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 1 and 2 are built slightly staggered behind each other. In the back of the two houses and about 10m away from them the houses TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4 stand next to each other.

The common pool of approx. 40 sqm (10 x 4m, 1.10 to 1.5m deep, not heatable, in operation from 01 April to 31 October) is located in front of the holiday homes TRIOPETRA VIEW 3 and 4. The common pool is surrounded by a lawn of approx. 160 sqm, the tiled pool terrace is equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor showers. The view from the pool to the sea, the Triopetra bay and the surrounding landscape of southern Crete offers unforgettable holiday moments.

The holiday house is set on elevated ground floor, approx. 5 steps above garden level. The house has a beautifully furnished living/dining room with adjoining kitchen in matching colours. he sofa bed in the living room is suitable for 2 children or teenagers. From the living room you get to the bedroom and the bath. From all rooms and terraces of the house you can enjoy a beautiful, wide view across the Libyan Sea and the coastal landscape of south Crete. From both, the living room and the bedroom, there is direct access to the front terrace of the holiday house with a magnificent sea view.
Secluded tranquillity, Mediterranean country idyll, a charming coastal landscape, magnificent sandy beaches and a very clean sea is what you can expect in this part of the southern coast of Crete.

The distance to the next village Akoumia is about 10 km. The distance to Spili, where you have a wide choice of shopping facilities is approx. 20km. There are some taverns on the large beach of Triopetra and also on the small Triopetra beach just below your accommodation.
