We offer around 60 lovingly designed square meters in a central location in the Obernzell market, directly on the Danube promenade and on the bike path. You can walk to the bakery, butcher, net, boat dock, car ferry and any inn in 2 minutes on foot. 2017 completely renovated and mostly newly furnished ground floor apartment consisting of kitchen with corner bench, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and all kitchen utensils, cozy living room with pull-out couch, rocking chair, books, games collection and satellite TV, bedroom with high quality mattress ( 160 x 200 cm), enough pillows and bed linen, bathrobes, wardrobe, valet, alarm clock, bathroom with shower, bathtub, towels, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, terrace with seating, garage for bicycles and parking space in front of the house. In the fridge you will find Bavarian beers, Austrian and German wines and mineral water at fair prices. Coffee, tea, cocoa, milk and a schnapps, a TV program and a current edition of the weekly newspaper "Die Zeit" are included with us. On request, we offer our guests a DonauCard free of charge, which enables passau, Linz and Grein to provide discounts for sights and leisure activities of at least 20% from around 70 beneficiaries. Our apartment has been awarded 3 DTV stars.
Obernzell lies on the Bavarian-Austrian border, only the (mostly) calmly flowing Danube separates and connects the neighbors at the same time. Örtl 7 is the ideal starting point for leisurely walks along the river or demanding hikes along the Donausteig, for cycling tours along the Danube Cycle Path, into the Bavarian Forest, Bohemian Forest (border triangle), into the Inn or Mühlviertel (Ö), for boat trips to Passau or Linz or a round trip on the romantic Sauwald panorama road. You can also do nothing, e.g. B. in the local outdoor pool on the harbor area, on Rannabadesee, on Donaustrand or in the thermal baths in Rotttal (BY) and Geinberg (Ö). The diverse gastronomy on both sides of the Danube invites you to simply relax and unwind ...

Getting there:
 Address for the navigation system: Uferstraße 56, 94130 Obernzell - then land directly with us in the courtyard at the parking lot. Our house is white-blue with a balcony on the Danube side, on the street side it is directly opposite the yellow pharmacy, via the stairs on the sidewalk you reach the garden gate at the entrance to Haus Örtl 7.
By train & bus: to Passau train station, then with bus line no. 6101 (Passau-Breitenberg) to Obernzell, stop at the railway station junction, 1 minute walk to the house towards the town center.
