It is a renovated 4-room old apartment with 96 m² living space. The living room has a sofa bed, a bed and a TV, in the dining room a large dining table. One bedroom is on the garden side and one on the street side of the house. They are each equipped with two beds, a wardrobe and a table. In the bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. There is also a second separate WC. The kitchen is fully equipped.
