The apartment is modern with a size of about 50 square meters, bright and friendly. It is divided into living room with dining area, kitchen with fitted kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bath tub. The bedroom has a double bed with a size of 1.60 mx 2.00 m. The fitted kitchen is equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge freezer.

In 2014 the apartment was completely modernized and the entire interior was renewed with furniture. In the living area you will find in addition to the flat screen TV, DVD player and radio with CD player also entertainment games and a good selection of books and DVD's.

In the garden you can enjoy the sun in the lounge area and use the covered, furnished terrace for a nice breakfast, afternoon coffee or a relaxing evening.

A free parking space is also available on the property for the duration of the stay.
