The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Njivice. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed property with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord permanently lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.

Bathroom with bathtub with shower attachment, 1 washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. Bedroom with 1 single bed.
