Villa

The house is located on the outskirts of the small village, Brščići, in the center of Istria, 10 km south of Svetvinčenat, medieval town, or 18 km north of Pula, the largest town in Istria, surrounded by trees and greenery.

It is a modern house and offers guests maximum comfort. Upstairs there are 3 double bedrooms, with TV, air conditioning and bathroom, also with access to a beautiful terrace with high quality garden furniture. One room has an extra bed for one person. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room (sofa bed for 2 people), toilet, dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace, where there is a barbecue area.

Particular attention was paid to the garden and the Mediterranean plants.

Equipment 2020 .:

Bottle of mineral water on arrival. Olive oil tasting and wine tasting. You will receive a bottle of olive oil (0.25 l) and a fig cheese on your departure.

You can have fun in the playroom or outside with numerous attractions (billiards, darts, table tennis, basketball, badminton, golf, children's slide'a and swings, ...) or jog through the vineyards, olive groves and forests (length 1,700 m - private lane) .... also by bike ... and then, refresh yourself in the pool, which measures 36sqm ... the sea can be reached in just 15 minutes by car.

Either you enjoy your rest or prepare a dinner with us. We are happy to drink a bottle of wine from our exclusive wine cellar with you.

The neighborhood is calm, peaceful, and relaxing. It consists of family houses with large gardens. Some neighbors have pets. The village is surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves.
