You live in a ca 80 m² large 4-room duplex apartment, located in the 2nd. Upstairs is located and 2017 was stylishly renovated. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a large flat screen TV, a dining area and an open kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and many other kitchen utensils). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed). Here is the special feature that a bedroom is in a turret and can be reached via a staircase from the living room.
