Private vacation home

Our house has two terraces (wooden terrace 30 square meters, with a large awning, and a planted roof terrace with 60 square meters, gas grill, hammock, outdoor shower, washing machine), both with sun loungers and high-quality garden furniture. In addition, an unobstructed panoramic view of the bay from Punta de Hidalgo / Bajamar in good weather to Teide and La Palma; the Anaga Mountains begin directly behind the house.
It has two floors on a total area of 150 square meters, there is a bedroom with a double bed and window to the sea, a bedroom with a single bed (kid only), window to the sea, each with a large closet, and in the basement an open, loft-like bedroom with a double bed, without doors but curtains, but it has sea views. Maximum 4 adults.
The house was renovated simply but tastefully, fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, no dishwasher), the two bathrooms (both with toilet and shower) one completely new, the other simple, clean and functional renovated.
The generous, beautiful, solid wooden table in front of a continuous window front with a sea view should ensure pleasant meals in case it rains or gets too hot. The house is in a small cul-de-sac, the car should either be parked on the street (approx. 100m, small stairs), or below on the street (approx. 250m). Unfortunately there is no parking space in the house. It has an alarm system and wifi, but deliberately only has internet reception and no cable / satellite, but SmartTV.
Small supermarket, sea pool and starting point for great walks within walking distance, bus stop to La Laguna (and from there connection to the rest of the island) also within walking distance (100m).
Punta de Hidalgo is an insider tip in the north of Tenerife, away from the tourist flow and popular with locals, with some small restaurants.
In short: nature lovers, friends of the sea and the sun and individualists will love this house. Perfectionists and modern comfort people tend not.
Non smoking house
No rental to surfers due to bad experiences and problems with local surfers ("locals").
This only affects surfing tourists, otherwise the people here are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous.
