The fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, freezer compartment, and filter coffee machine invites you to cook together. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and a towel warmer. On the balcony with seating for four people, you can relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.



The holiday complex additionally offers a private pool, large car park, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome in selected apartments for a fee. A communal washing machine is also available. The in-house restaurant provides culinary highlights with traditional specialities from the grill and stone oven.



Only about 800 metres separate you from the lively party beach Zrće, and you can comfortably reach the centre of Novalja in around 2.5 kilometres. Air conditioning, internet and pool use are included in the price.
