The holiday apartment offers space for up to 5 people on 37 m². It has a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed as well as a living kitchen with a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a large refrigerator including a freezer compartment, 2-plate hob, sink, extractor fan, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. A dining area for 4 people is available. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. Air conditioning in the bedroom, TV in the living kitchen and WLAN are available.



The 10 m² large south terrace with sea view is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol and offers direct access to the garden/courtyard. The property is fenced, a barbecue can be used by arrangement. Pets up to 10 kg are welcome (for a fee).



The fine gravel beach is located about 200 m away, the town centre of Podgora is approximately 300 m distant. Restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and various leisure activities such as water sports, pedal boating, billiards or table football are within walking distance.



The holiday apartment comes with a private parking space. A boat can be rented optionally. The accommodation is suitable for families, couples or small groups who wish to enjoy a beach and activity holiday in an idyllic setting.
