The situation could not be better: Only 20 metres separate you from the sea, a boat mooring is directly available at the property, and a supermarket and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The airport is about 70 km away, and ferries to Rab are accessible within 4.5 km.



Leisure activities in the area include water sports, diving, snorkelling, boat trips, cycling, hiking and numerous nature and cultural offerings. A children's leisure park is also just 5 km away. Bicycles are available for a fee.
