The holiday apartment offers space for up to two adults and one child on 26.5 m². It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and cooking area with a 2-plate cooker, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. In the living area, a fold-out sofa bed for one person, satellite TV, air conditioning and internet access are available.



The 6.5 m² covered balcony offers a sea view, a table with chairs and allows relaxed hours outdoors.



The apartment building has a pool, a well-maintained garden with a lawn and sun loungers, a barbecue area by arrangement, and a private parking space. Pets are not allowed. A communally usable washing machine can be used for a fee.



The next gravel beach is about 450 metres away, shopping facilities are located only 150 metres away, and the old town of Vodice is just 2 kilometres distant. In the surrounding area, water sports, diving, cycling and numerous leisure activities can be enjoyed.
