This charming holiday apartment is located in a modern apartment building with a pool in the popular holiday destination of Vodice on the Šibenik Riviera. The accommodation is situated quietly on the outskirts of the town, surrounded by private holiday homes, and yet offers good access to the lively centre, which you can reach in about 15-20 minutes on foot. The nearest beach is only about 450 metres away – ideal for relaxing bathing days on the Dalmatian coast.



The air-conditioned apartment is located on the ground floor and offers space for two people on 32 m². It features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a bright living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette. A fold-out sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodation. The equipment also includes SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. From the covered balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful sea view – the perfect place for breakfast in the morning sun or relaxed evening hours.



The well-maintained outdoor area of the house invites you to relax with a pool and a sunny lawn. Sun loungers are available to all guests. In the garden, you can use the communal barbecue, and a washing machine is also available (for a fee). You can park your vehicle conveniently directly at the house, with a covered parking space.



In the immediate vicinity, you will find shopping opportunities already after about 50 metres, restaurants, cafés and the picturesque old town of Vodice are located just 1.5 kilometres away. The region offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling or wine tastings.
