The comfortable holiday apartment is located directly on the sea in Viganj on the south side of the Peljesac peninsula, just a few kilometres west of Orebic. It offers space for up to 4 people and is part of a quiet house with only two apartments, a large well-maintained garden, outdoor shower, storage space for surfboards, as well as direct access to a small pebble beach and a sheltered boat mooring.



The ground floor apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed and access to the 21 m² covered south terrace with sea view. The modern furnished living area is air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a leather sofa with a sofa bed for 2 people, and a dining table. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, sink, dishwasher, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, and cooking utensils.



The apartment has a modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine as well as a separate toilet. Sun loungers for the terrace and beach are available. A barbecue area in the garden can be used by arrangement.



Parking facilities are available directly at the house. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families, couples, and active holidaymakers. Pets are not allowed.
