The approximately 50 m² accommodation is located on the first floor and offers space for up to four people (2+2). The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a cosy living area with a sofa bed and an adjoining, fully equipped kitchen. For additional comfort, a microwave, gas stove, oven, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher are available. A highlight is the covered terrace with sea view and direct access to the garden - perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors.



The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system, the use of which is subject to an additional charge. WiFi is available free of charge. Bed linen and kitchen towels are included. Smoking and pets are not permitted in this accommodation unit.



The holiday home is located in a quiet setting amidst lush nature, yet you can conveniently reach the supermarket, restaurants, and the town centre on foot within a few minutes. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, hiking, boat trips, or excursions to nearby nature parks.



A private parking space is available directly at the house. A barbecue area in the outdoor area can also be used by arrangement.
