This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday home in Sukosan, just about 50 metres from the gently sloping sandy and pebble beach. The dreamlike sea view from your own terrace creates a holiday feeling from the very first moment.



The modern-equipped holiday apartment offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and an open living area with a sofa bed and dining area on 37 m². The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and toaster - perfect for self-caterers. Access to the partially covered terrace is directly through the living room. Here you can enjoy cosy meals outdoors or simply take in the view of the sea.



For pleasant comfort, air conditioning, SAT-TV, WiFi, and a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer are provided. Bed linen and towels are of course available. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are also welcome - however, an additional fee will be charged. A baby bed can be provided upon request.



The holiday home is located in a quiet setting, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and yet central: restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are conveniently within walking distance. The surroundings invite numerous activities – whether swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing or a boat tour along the coast. Bicycles are available, as is a well-maintained garden with barbecue facilities and a sunbathing lawn. Additional fees may apply for certain services such as using the washing machine.



Sukošan is located between Zadar and Biograd and offers not only clean sea but also a large marina and diverse leisure opportunities. An ideal place for those who want to combine relaxation by the water with active holiday days.
