The spacious holiday apartment in Vodice offers space for up to six guests on 75 m² and is ideal for families or small groups. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a corner bathtub and an additional guest toilet. The open living and kitchen area is fully equipped with a 4-plate stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine and kettle. A separate living area with satellite TV and a sofa bed for two invites you to relax. Air conditioning and free WiFi ensure comfort at all times.



The apartment offers a 17 m² covered balcony with sea view and pool view, equipped with a table, chairs and clothes horse. The balcony is excellent for enjoying the day in the sun or a mild evening with a view of the water.



The apartment building has a pool, a well-maintained garden with lawn areas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. A private parking space and a communal washing machine are available. Pets are not permitted, barbecue facilities can be used by arrangement.



The holiday apartment is located only about 450 metres from the nearest gravel beach. Restaurants, cafés, a supermarket and leisure facilities can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The old town of Vodice is about two kilometres away and invites you to stroll, enjoy cultural activities and culinary experiences. In the surrounding area, water sports, cycling, hiking and boat trips are popular leisure activities. National parks, historical sights and local wineries are also easily accessible.
