This spacious holiday apartment in Vodice is located on the ground floor of a house and offers space for up to six people on 63 m². With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is ideal for families or groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday in Northern Dalmatia.



The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer compartment, electric cooker, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware and eating utensils. The living and dining area is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a coffee table and a sofa bed for two people.



The 8 m² covered terrace facing northeast offers furniture for six people, a parasol and direct access to the garden, which invites shared use. A private parking space for two vehicles is available at the property.



The accommodation is located quietly in a green environment, just a few minutes' walk from the centre, restaurants, supermarkets and the sea (approx. 300 m) away. The beach consists of fine gravel, stones and concreted plateaus.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling, bocce, jet skiing, fishing, or hiking. Day trips to Krka, Kornati, or Paklenica National Parks, as well as cultural visits to Zadar, are easily possible.



The apartment is ideal for family holidays, beach holidays or active holidays in Northern Dalmatia. Pets are not allowed.
