The bright holiday apartment in Vodice offers space for two guests on 32 m² and convinces with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and cooking area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 2-plate stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. The living area features satellite TV, air conditioning, internet access, and two sofa beds for additional comfort.



The 11 m² covered balcony with a south-facing orientation offers a sea view and is furnished, ensuring relaxed hours in the fresh air.



The apartment building has a pool, a garden with a lawn and sun loungers, a barbecue area by arrangement, and a private parking space. Pets are not permitted. A communally usable washing machine is available, usage possible for a fee.



To the gravel beach, it is only about 450 metres, shopping facilities are already available after 150 metres, restaurants and cafés can be reached in approximately 1.4 kilometres. The old town of Vodice is located just 2 kilometres away. In the surrounding area, water sports, boat trips, cycling, hiking and many leisure activities can be undertaken, and national parks, museums and wineries also invite exploration.
