This comfortable holiday apartment is located in Novi Vinodolski in the Kvarner Bay, just about 250 metres from the sea. It is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained house with a total of four apartments and offers space for up to four people – ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy a beach holiday with a sea view.



The apartment is approximately 40 m² in size and features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open living and dining area with a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. In the living area, two sofa beds provide additional sleeping options, a TV and WiFi ensure entertainment, and the air conditioning maintains pleasant temperatures.



The generous, approximately 40 m² terrace with sea view offers seating furniture, a private barbecue, and direct access to the garden, inviting relaxed hours outdoors. Bed linen and towels are provided.



In the house, a communally usable washing machine is available. Usage is possible against a fee of 10 € per wash cycle.



A parking space directly by the house is included, the property is fully fenced and offers privacy.



The situation is calm, surrounded by plenty of greenery, and yet central: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and the city centre of Novi Vinodolski are within a few minutes' walk. The gravel beach and concrete bathing plateaus are only 250 metres away and can be conveniently reached on foot.



In the surrounding area, guests will find numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, water sports, boat trips, jet skiing, beach volleyball, or cycling and hiking tours. Culture enthusiasts can visit museums or enjoy wine tastings in the nearby Vinodol Valley.



Note:

Upon arrival, a damage deposit of €150 must be paid in cash. This will be fully refunded upon proper handover of the accommodation upon departure.
