The spacious holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a quietly situated house in Viganj on the south side of the Peljesac peninsula, just a few kilometres west of Orebic. It offers space for up to 6 people and features two separate bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, and a 21 m² furnished south terrace with sea view and sun protection awning.



The modern furnished living space is air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed for two people, swivel chairs and access to the terrace. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a glass sliding element, with a dining table for 6-8 people and a fully equipped kitchen line including refrigerator, freezer, sink, dishwasher, 4-plate stove (gas/electric), oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils and crockery.



The apartment has two modern bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine. The equipment also includes a mini safe, socket safety covers, baby monitor, iron, vacuum cleaner, DVD and Blu-ray player, board games, children's toys, CD player and underfloor heating. Sun loungers are available for the terrace and beach.



Parking facilities are located directly at the house. Pets are not permitted. The accommodation is ideally suited for families, couples, and active holidaymakers.
