Enjoy your holiday in this spacious holiday apartment in Palit near Rab Town, just 150 metres from the crystal-clear sea and the fine sandy beach. The 70 m² ground floor accommodation offers two separate bedrooms with double beds, two modern bathrooms and an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The apartment has two generous balconies where you can spend relaxed hours outdoors. Air conditioning, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi ensure maximum comfort, while the dishwasher makes kitchen work easier. A private boat mooring in the harbour is available on request, pets are not permitted.



The central location combines proximity to the beach with a short distance of only 500 metres to the old town of Rab. Restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are located in the immediate vicinity, so that all amenities can be conveniently reached on foot. The house also has a private car park and a well-maintained garden area where a barbecue can be used by arrangement. Breakfast can be served in the morning upon request (for an additional charge).
