This cosy apartment in Lokva Rogoznica offers comfortable space of 45 m² for up to 4 people and is ideal for families, couples or groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday by the sea. It has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, the other with two single beds – as well as a bathroom with a shower. The living kitchen is modern equipped and offers air conditioning, satellite TV, a dining table for 4 people as well as all important kitchen utensils, including oven, microwave and filter coffee machine.



Particularly attractive is the furnished south-facing balcony with 9 m², from which you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. A parasol, table and chairs are available, in the outdoor area of the house there are Mediterranean plants, a barbecue and shaded spots for relaxation. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. Pets are welcome, children's beds can be provided upon request.



The location convinces through short distances: A clean gravel beach is located just 80 m away, a restaurant and supermarket are also in the immediate vicinity. The region offers numerous small bays and beaches that can be quickly reached by car, as well as varied leisure activities such as boat trips, water sports, diving, rafting and hikes in the surrounding nature parks. Omiš with its popular 1 km long sandy beach is only 8 km away.



Included in the price are bed linen, towels, final cleaning, tourist tax, electricity, water, gas and the use of the communal washing machine.
